Going the extra mile is an everyday event at AJC.
Service excellence is the guiding principle for everyone at AJC Logistics. That translates into a lot of different actions—but it all boils down to going the “extra mile” to overcome any obstacle to giving customers top-notch service, every day. And, as a recent challenge demonstrated, at night too.
We were contracted by a shipper to pick up a hot PPE shipment from an airport for delivery straight through to their end customer. Our driver arrived on time, around 6:00 pm, but the shipment from the airline had been delayed. Our sales rep stayed on top of this situation much of the night, working with both the driver and customer to be sure everyone was in the loop. Finally, about 2:00 am, we got loaded and made delivery that day.
