If trucks stopped rolling

Without trucks, the U.S. economy would be crippled. Military bases, gas stations, grocery stores, hospitals, plants, and warehouses—to name just a few vital segments of our economy—could not operate without the trucks and the transportation industry that serve them.

But, during the past few months those supply chain disruptions were minimized.  While much of the economy did shut down, the transportation industry and our truckers did keep rolling.  Even amid some real concerns, factories kept producing, warehouses and distributors kept working, and truckers stayed on the road and delivered the goods across America.   

In a time of widespread fear, truckers—along with all the people who do everything from harvesting and packaging products to scheduling loads to loading and unloading trucks—faced unprecedented obstacles: Offices closed. Dock disruptions. Shelter-in-place mandates.  And maneuvering through a hodgepodge of policies. 

In spite of everything, you kept working, even while your families stayed home. You kept America going.
